Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Healcra, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations, returns, and refunds.

1. Allergic Reactions

At Healcra, your health and safety are our top priority.

  • If you experience an allergic reaction after using our product, please discontinue use immediately and consult a medical professional.

  • Contact us by email at contact@healcra.com with details of your reaction, including any supporting photos if possible.

  • We will assess your case individually and offer a suitable resolution, which may include a refund or store credit.

  • However, Healcra is not responsible for any adverse reactions caused by individual allergies or sensitivities. Customers are encouraged to review product ingredients carefully before use.

2. Returns of Unopened Items

We understand that you may change your mind. If you wish to return an item that is unopened, unused, and in its original, sealed, and well-maintained condition, you may do so under the following terms:

  • Eligibility Window: Please contact us at contact@healcra.com within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.

  • Condition: The product must be returned in its original packaging, unopened, untouched, and in a resalable condition.

  • Return Process & Shipping Costs: Once approved, we will provide the warehouse address. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Refund/Exchange: Upon inspection, we will process a refund for the price of the item(s) or offer store credit.

  • Deductions: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For orders with "Free Shipping," our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

  • Return Address Confirmation: You must contact us before initiating any return to confirm the current address. Returns sent to an unconfirmed address may not be processed.

3. Return Eligibility & Hygiene

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we do not accept returns on any products that have been opened or used, except in cases covered by our Allergic Reactions policy (Section 1) or if the item is Damaged or Incorrect (Section 5).

4. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee under these conditions:

  • Applies if the product was used according to the correct application process but results were unsatisfactory.

  • Claims must be made within 30 days of receipt via contact@healcra.com.

  • Refund Calculation: A processing and handling fee of 15% of the item(s) price will be applied. Actual outbound shipping costs (for free shipping orders) and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, email us at contact@healcra.com within 7 days with:

  1. Clear photos of the damaged/incorrect item.

  2. A photo of the shipping label.

  3. A picture of the overall packaging. We will offer a replacement or a full refund depending on stock availability.

6. Refund Options

  • Full/Partial Refund: Processed to the original payment method, subject to applicable deductions.

  • Store Credit or Exchange: Customers may choose store credit or an exchange for an item of equal value.

7. Order Cancellations by Customer

  • Eligibility: Orders can only be cancelled before tracking information has been issued. We typically dispatch items within 24–48 hours.

  • Requesting Cancellation: Contact us immediately at contact@healcra.com with your order number.

8. Chargeback Policy

We request that you contact us to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback. In the event of a chargeback, the refund process will be placed on hold during the formal dispute resolution process with the payment provider.

9. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

Please contact our support team via email at: contact@healcra.com. Include your order number and a detailed explanation.

10. Refund Method and Timeline

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.).

  • Timeline: Usually 7–15 business days. For U.S. customers, it typically takes 2–5 business days.

11. Policy Modifications

Healcra reserves the right to modify this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting
